Review content:
I also had a great experience with Dr. Hiebert at TLC. I live nearby, don't have a regular vet, and took my dog there to check out an enlarged area on his inner left thigh. Dr. Hiebert said it was a growth of fatty tissue and recommended removal. I was reluctant to agree to surgery so quickly so I monitored it for two months and also sent Dr. Hiebert a couple of emails with questions/concerns. He replied to them immediately and thoroughly addressed my concerns with professionalism and compassion. The growth got larger so I agreed to the surgery. Dr. Hiebert was fantastic. The surgery was successful and the growth turned out to be much larger than we even knew. He also had someone call me as soon as the procedure was over to let me know my pup was okay, since I had concerns re the anesthesia and was the total nervous mom. When we went back for the follow-up appointment my dog didn't even put on the brakes in the parking lot (you have to know him) - he willingly walked right in. That tells me he was treated well. I highly recommend Dr. Hiebert.
Pros: It all went well so I'm happy
Cons: It wasn't cheap - but it was worth it
