We have been bringing our dog to this Banfield Pet Hospital for almost 7 years now. We purchased the Wellness Plans. We never had any problems with the facility until recently when we tried to make an appointment for our dog to receive routine tests and a vaccination. We were told that in order for her to be seen she had to be dropped off in the morning and picked up later in the day. It was explained to us that the only had 2 Vets and the only way she could be seen other than this scenario was if both Vets were working that day. It took almost a month for her to be able to get an appointment. It is asinine to drop my dog off and make her sit in a cage ALL DAY just to get her shots and test that we paid for with her Wellness Plan. My husband spoke to Stephen Eisele who is the manager of this location and he said that is the policy now and there were to be no changes. When asked for his supervisor/manager's information to discuss this with them he refused to provide the informat
