Dr Daniels is a very empathetic doctor, always searching for ways to help your pets and lessen any kind of financial burden. I think he's the best vet we've ever had contact with!

never go back again.If you love your pets do not go there , I'm serious .It's bigh rip off and incompetent staff and vets.

Stupid Policy 4/26/2015

We have been bringing our dog to this Banfield Pet Hospital for almost 7 years now. We purchased the Wellness Plans. We never had any problems with the facility until recently when we tried to make an appointment for our dog to receive routine tests and a vaccination. We were told that in order for her to be seen she had to be dropped off in the morning and picked up later in the day. It was explained to us that the only had 2 Vets and the only way she could be seen other than this scenario was if both Vets were working that day. It took almost a month for her to be able to get an appointment. It is asinine to drop my dog off and make her sit in a cage ALL DAY just to get her shots and test that we paid for with her Wellness Plan. My husband spoke to Stephen Eisele who is the manager of this location and he said that is the policy now and there were to be no changes. When asked for his supervisor/manager's information to discuss this with them he refused to provide the informat more

DON""T GO THERE.... inhumain, they would rather have your pet suffer. After they refused to help my cat passed away a few short hours later at a pet hospital that actually care that my cat was suffering. more

Dr Daniels, BEST VET out there! 8/26/2010

I have no clue why this Stephanie D said this about Dr. Daniels! He is the MOST caring vet I've ever taken my animals to. He even makes sure you don't spend more than you should and will give you samples. \r \r My cat had cancer (she eventually died) and Dr Daniel was INCREDIBLE to us and her. There was no cure for her, but he made her quality of life and end of her days very comforting. He and the staff even sent us a sympathy card after she passed and he took care of her remains. This is why we now take our dog to him. \r \r He is against euthanasia unless in last stages because he is a true animal lover but he makes sure the animal has a good quality of life. \r \r He has two sons, both of which are vets, super nice and caring. \r \r The staff is incredibly warm. I have to say maybe one person who worked there once was not too warm but at the same time, she was not rude and I only saw her once. Great vet with great service 2/19/2010

Dr.Dasari at this clinic is very good, he has great bed side manners, knowledgeable , explains in detail about pets health issues. I take all my three dogs to him cause I trust his overall judgment about pets health problems. The office is clean, staff are friendly too.I recommend anybody to bring their pets to Dr.Dasari more

Banfield the pet hospital of winter garden and ocoee 12/9/2009

This is the worst vet i have ever been to in my life!!! Dr. Daniels is very rude and unattentive, the waiting time even if you have an appt is ridiculous, then when you get in the room the doctor does not listen to you or even take the time to properly examine the pet. The staff does not seem to have a clue what is going on. I would not recomend either of these hospitals to anyone!!! Not even my worst enemy, I feel the doctor is there simply to make money and does not care for the pets they see at all. more

Expect to wait and be overcharged! 9/4/2009

This is the worst vet I have ever visited. Only went there 2 times, and both times waited 90 minutes-2 hours. And the vet comes in for 3 minutes & charges you for everything under the sun. HORRIBLE more
