Review content:
I applied online. The manager email me back, but it was very unprofessional. I had to guess who "TCS" was. When I went in for the interview the woman working at the front desk/ sales consultant was extremely rude. I went around the corner and in plain sight for customers and everyone, paperwork every. The manager was not prepared for the interview, having no questions for me and being very distracted with other work. After self-interviewing myself, he told me he would call back to say if I got the job. I went to the interview on Tuesday, he called me back Thursday at the end of the business day told me I got the job . I asked if I could get back to him on Monday to make sure I had proper daycare setup for my 8 month old. He said "Yea sure, the job is yours if you want it." So I set up daycare between Friday and early morning Monday. I called to the store to tell them I had daycare set-up and I would like to accept the job, but when I called the front desk woman answered and I was set down for 5 minutes just to tell me the position has been filled.
The boss had my number, if the position was filled shouldn't you tell the applicants that you offered the job to.
