When looking for houses in Bloomington, many students do not think about which real estate companies are best to work with. Well if you're smart enough to research these companies, please learn from my mistake and avoid working with Parker Real Estate Management. They are very very money hungry.
I rented a house from them last year- terrible service: extra charges and fees and don't expect to get back your security deposit. When there was an issue with the house (dishwasher leaking, and front door lock broken-yes, very scarey-), they never seemed to care to help. I could go on and on about how much I hated working with this company, but to make things short: JUST DO NOT WORK WITH PARKER!!!!!!!!
