On December 13, 2014 Ben Franklin was called out by my boyfriend Ronald Ford at 34 Key West Ave. Winter Haven, FL 33881. The serviceman was prompt arrived at around 5:30 p.m.. He found the problem and it was the hot water heater. He did what needed to be done for a new water heater. He called service they said they would send a water heater by another truck. (We were suppose to go to a Xmas party which we didn't make). It took over 4 hours for the water heater to arrive. Our serviceman was Gary Greenberg he was very nice, polite and kept us informed about when it would arrive did the work promptly once it got there. After all the work was finished it was after 11:30 p.m. He was very apologetic and really felt bad that we missed our party. He deserved a gold star for excellence, but the company sucked. My name is Terri. Ronald spent around $1500.00 for the service he got. TERRIBLE
