They ordered my son a tux and two day before prom it was two sizes too small! Wanted a grey tux and it was silver, almost white! Did they try to fix the problem? No! They made me and my son feel like it was our fault and were completely rude and not helpful at all. I apologized and paid for the shirt and tie so my son could wear with another suit...only to be thrown a receipt with no apologies for their mistake. Not one word! I seriously can't understand how you are still in business when you allow a sales clerk treat customers this way! Unbelievable! Thank you Jos A Banks for saving my sons special day!
