Terrible customer service!! Never again! 5/7/2015

They ordered my son a tux and two day before prom it was two sizes too small! Wanted a grey tux and it was silver, almost white! Did they try to fix the problem? No! They made me and my son feel like it was our fault and were completely rude and not helpful at all. I apologized and paid for the shirt and tie so my son could wear with another suit...only to be thrown a receipt with no apologies for their mistake. Not one word! I seriously can't understand how you are still in business when you allow a sales clerk treat customers this way! Unbelievable! Thank you Jos A Banks for saving my sons special day! more

Preppy clothing 8/19/2005

Daniel's is a pretty store downtown that sells suits and other kinds of dressy clothing. The employees are not generally very friendly, at least not enough to make you feel comfortable. Everything in the store is pretty expensive, but sometimes you can wait it out for a great sale. There are not a lot of places to park either. more

Good store, but expensive 8/18/2005

The store has a pretty broad selection and the sales people are nice enough. The prices are way too high however. They usually have some decent side walk sales going on, so that's the best time to go. They sell big brands (CK, Ralph Lauren, etc) and have a big selection of men's suits. Downtown, so parking is an issue. more

Men's Clothing Store Daniel's Clothing store located on High street is a great spot to do some high end shoping for buissness clothes. They have a great selection of suits, pants, and shirts for almost any buissness or casual man. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. They are moderately priced and every once and a while you will find a amazing deal. more
