Review content:
While not able to have a service man out at 8 pm, he did arrive before 8 am to troubleshoot the furnace. By 11 am, we requested a new furnace installed and they had it operational by 6pm; SAME DAY. The other Heating vendor we use could not get to troubleshooting the night before also and then arrived at 11 am. And the last furnace installation they did took 4 days to get it scheduled. Krane did the troubleshooting, the pricing and the installation of the new furnace all in one day.
