Quick to respond, but after I explained the symptoms, the repair guy pretty much just seemed to start guessing at what the problem might be. He ended up sanding the contacts on the flame sensor and then left with my $75 check. Furnace went out again three days later, so I went ahead and replaced the ICM unit on my own. No issues since. Can't believe the average rating is five stars. What a joke.
