Excellent excellent service. They fix hard drives for those that are wondering. My old one was experiencing some problems and I've been putting it off for quite some time now. I figured why not now since its located across the street from where I worked. I hopped over and asked them if they could help me out. They were very friendly and provided awesome tips (like how I should back up my backups, I know I know I should have known to do that). Anyways they were able to resolve my hard drive issues.
