I just want to say that I think Device Repair and its staff are awesom. I had some problem with my computer and thought i lost all my data, including my photos. I was lost. I brought it to a couple of places and was told they could probably fix my computer but my data would probably be lost for good. I found Device Repair on a search and am so glad i did. I had spent hours trying to figure out how to get my PC laptop to sync calendars and mail with my website, iPhone and iPad. I shouldn't have wasted the hair I was pulling out of my head. Not only did Cam get everything happily playing together for an affordable price, but he and Henry have answered all my subsequent questions with patience and humor. These guys bend over backwards to give huge value for your buck. Highly recommend. more

I got referred by a friend to come here to fix my Macbook Air (I had spilled tea over my keyboard). They were really helpful, explained everything and was reasonably priced. Even after they fixed my Macbook the trackpad was lose and they fixed it without hesitating. I call that going above and beyond. Would come back here and definitely recommend them. more

I personally like to do business with those offering good communication. My greatest impression is that Henry always picks up his phone. That is entirely important especially in the service business. Five stars and my printer didn't even get repaired! Why did I give five stars then??? Because they are an honest and trustworthy repair shop. When my Canon MP560 Printer gave up on me, I brought it to another place where they were going to charge my just to take a look at it, plus any repairs. If they couldn't fix it, I would have been already $50 down. Here, they offer free diagnostics. They called me back after about day and were so up front with me and told me that they tried several common troubleshooting techniques, but that they may need to replace the printer head, which with labor would probably cost upwards of $90-100. They did not advise this because they even looked up how much a used Canon MP560 was on ebay and it was priced about $40-50. So, they were willing to do the repair if I wanted, but again didn't think it was worth it. WHO DOES that?? I was so happy they were so honest with me. I couldn't believe it. IT is rare to find this type of trust anymore in the repair business- everyone is trying to make a decent living and I truly appreciated their honestly which is why I would definitely bring anything else I needed fixed back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

Excellent excellent service. They fix hard drives for those that are wondering. My old one was experiencing some problems and I've been putting it off for quite some time now. I figured why not now since its located across the street from where I worked. I hopped over and asked them if they could help me out. They were very friendly and provided awesome tips (like how I should back up my backups, I know I know I should have known to do that). Anyways they were able to resolve my hard drive issues. more

I recently needed some work done on my phone and found this shop near where I usually eat lunch. I always feel like I`m getting ripped off by computer and phone repair shops in general....I just don`t know enough about the products to know if I`m getting a good deal or not. After meeting Henry and his way of dealing with his customers I felt very comfortable. He took the time to explain things in laymens terms and helped me get my head around what was needed to get my phone working again. This was after I was at an Apple store and was told my phone was done and I needed a new one!!!! $80.00 later I was on my way and very satisfied. I commend Henry and his staff...professional, courteous , and very reasonably priced. Thanks guys! more
