Review content:
I dealt with this agency for two years while working and living in Eaton Rapids. The agency made a number of mistakes on my policy and billing and were not very fast to correct them or to apologize. Anyone can make a mistake, but Mr. Kitsmiller made me feel he was doing me a favor by doing business with me and rectifying the errors his agency made. I was without insurance for two weeks at one time because of errors his errors in submitting paperwork. He also made my wife feel very uncomfortable when she tried to address some of these issues on the phone. I have since moved back to Virginia and, thank goodness, have found better service at a local agency.
Pros: local resident
Cons: Mark needs to work on people skills and follow through
