Mark is an awesome insurance agent (as far as insurance agents go, haha). He did everything he could, and more, to provide my family respect, coverage and support. I read the previous review and was disheartened. I know the Kitsmiller family and they are wonderful people, and he is a great person. Willing to do anything and go above and beyond for his customers. There would be no reason why he would not want your business...thats what he gets paid on! The best in towh also, I shopped. Not the best insurance agency. 5/27/2009

I dealt with this agency for two years while working and living in Eaton Rapids. The agency made a number of mistakes on my policy and billing and were not very fast to correct them or to apologize. Anyone can make a mistake, but Mr. Kitsmiller made me feel he was doing me a favor by doing business with me and rectifying the errors his agency made. I was without insurance for two weeks at one time because of errors his errors in submitting paperwork. He also made my wife feel very uncomfortable when she tried to address some of these issues on the phone. I have since moved back to Virginia and, thank goodness, have found better service at a local agency. Pros: local resident Cons: Mark needs to work on people skills and follow through more
