Review content:
We had to take our 15 1/2 yo cat, Elliott, to the ER after he was diagnosed with diabetes and had some complications (our own vets had overlooked his bloodwork, and care for the complications had been delayed. At this point, Elliott needed round-the-clock care and review). I found all 4 vets I spoke with to be extremely caring and knowledgeable. I had already done multitudes of research regarding Elliott's illness and additional problems and the ER vets were very well-versed in his situation. They allowed me to call whenever I wanted and explained in great detail what they were doing for Elliott, how he was responding, and their subsequent course of action. I am not writing this positive review because everything turned out great for Elliott (it did). I was warned that everything might not turn out okay and why.
