First, I have never supplied a negative online review, but I am so unhappy with the service and the response at PET ER that I feel the need to share this.\r

Please read all of the reviews and carefully assess the negative ones. I wish I would have done so before taking our dog there.\r

We brought him in with an injured leg on a Sunday hoping for correct diagnosis and treatment. We hoped for too much.\r

After 4 hours and $330, they had xrayed him and said he had a broken toe. We were offered the choice to spend $400 more and put on a splint or spend $1000s and schedule surgery for later that day. We declined both options since we had limited funds available to pay the extra fees and preferred to take him to our normal vet the next day who could work with us on a fixed income.\r

Thank goodness that we did... our vet showed us the xrays from Pet ER which clearly showed that it was his front LEG not a toe that was broken. Even a 5 year old could have clearly seen the fracture along hi
