Myhusband and I recently lost our beloved 19 year old cat. On Friday our vet told us there was little hope, but my husband and I pressed on, bringing her home where we administered fluids every hour hoping for a miracle. We didn't know our vet was leaving that night for vacation and wouldn't be available to euthanize her. We took her to the emergency center and the care we received was nothing short of perfect. These people have their act together! They have a sense of urgency and professionalism coupled with compassion and kindness. What astounds us is their synergistic way of treating animals. Everyone communicates - everyone knew who we were, who our cat was and what was going on. It's amazing. Some veterinary practices have a great vet but a less than great staff or other places have terrific staff and a vet that leaves a lot to be desired.
