Review content:
I have to disagree with the negative comments here. I've been taking my pets to Slade for years and have always received timely, appropriate care for my pets. The staff has always been caring and attentive and the facility is as clean, if not cleaner than any other vet hospital I've seen. Even when I brought a cat in, that did not belong to me, that I had seen hit by a garbage truck, they took that cat in immediately and did everything they could for it. When I had to euthanize my dog of 15 years, they did the same thing, greeted me at the door and gave our family all the time we needed to see our pet through, even sending us a sympathy card. I'm sorry there was pee on the floor, that's what animals can do when they're nervous. The receptionist doesn't clean it up as a rule. The vet techs are responsible and I've seen them come up and clean within minutes.
