I am shocked to see reviews that the ladies on the front desk are rude. We have been taking our pets here for years and have never had this issue. In fact the opposite has been true. The ladies seem to always remember us as well as our pets and have greeted us warmly whenever we are there. The Drs. We have had dealings with have been Dr. Bittner Dr. Herlugson and Dr. Ladewig all have been outstanding taking time to answer any concerns we may have. They have always called to follow up after any visit that wasn't just a wellness check. In fact I would not even consider taking our pets anywhere else.
