I am sorry to have done business with this guy. He is very expensive and takes 100% payment in advance. But he does shoddy work and refuses to fix the problems that you point out during alteration. If you press on you'll never see what you paid for. I am still fighting to get a shirt that I paid for last October. He just says that he is busy and will get it for you by tomorrow. I just don't know how he can open his shop everyday and take peoples money without any shame. He just very calmly apologizes and tells you he'll get it done right away, but you'll never see what you paid for.
