Review content:
I have been a member of Planet Beach for over 5 years, been to several different franchises, and this is the only franchise I have ever encountered that was too snobby to honor memberships from other salons. Not only that, but their staff is not helpful at all.\r
\r
I called in advance to schedule an appointment, which they did not seem to understand and would not schedule. They told me to just come in and hopefully the bed would be available. I asked them to call and verify my membership from my home salon before I drove half an hour across town, which they said they would do, but when I got there they had not. Then they told me they would not honor my membership and that I would have to pay to tan at their particular franchise. \r
\r
In the past several weeks while I have been visiting town, I have been to several of the other franchises in Orlando, which all honored my membership and had very helpful staff members. If you are tanning in Orlando, do NOT go to this franchise! The other franchises are helpful, will honor your membership, and have most of the services this one offers!
Pros: spa services available at this franchise
Cons: unhelpful staff members, different policies than other PB's
