This is a current review: 1/30/2015 Was told I needed to replace my catalytic converter so I called Rick's. Had to make an appointment two days in advance. Brought it in and had to call them before they closed to see if it was done. Told it may have a problem in engine and need to diagnose it, so I left it overnight. Had to call them again and ask - was told they just didn't have time to even look at it! Went it to pick it up and the mechanic did not say a word he just handed me my keys and walked away!\r
Have never made an appointment and told they couldn't even look at it.
