Review content:
When my nineteen year old daughter was given the gift from a dear family friend to have a breast reduction, our search began. Having no references to go on, I just opened the phone book and began calling plastic surgeons. I eliminated many from only the attitude of the secretary. We visited one doctor and left feeling like we were not listened to or offered the time to let us fully understand what was to happen. Then a few calls later I came upon Dr. Ditesheim office. Jan answered the phone and I felt for the first time I was being heard about the concerns I had with my daughters upcoming surgery. We went in for a visit and knew when we left, that it was the right place for us! We loved the whole staff and we're very grateful for their assurance and genuine love for what they do. From the beginning of the process until the end we couldn't be happier. My daughter is recovering nicely and is now enjoying clothes that she had always wanted to wear. Thank you!
