My car was leaving some oil spots on my garage floor, so I decided to take it to Richland Auto Care so they could check for leaks. I dropped it off at night, and wrote down to change the oil and check for leaks. I knew it would be more than the local super lube, but wanted them to inspect it and make sure it wasn't leaking. They called to say it was ready, so I went to pick it up figuring it would be around $50. How about $144! They put some dye in the oil to see if it was leaking, it wasn't, so then they decided to drive my car around for awhile and charge me an extra $80. They NEVER called to clear this extra charge with me! They just charged me and it was too bad for me, I had to pay it. I am never going back there again. If for some reason you go there get a written estimate and make sure they stick to it, or they will stick it to you.
