After replacing the downspout on our shower, a leak developed that I wasn't able to fix myself. I was anxious about having to call a plumber for the first time as a homeowner, but the high quality service that Mike provided put my concerns at ease. He kept me well informed through the whole process, and was able to quickly identify he problem (it turned out a hole had developed in the copper piping). He was very knowledgable of the proper approach to the repair, and even went the extra mile in fixing a fit up issue we had with the new downspout I bought. If you need a plumbing repair in the Buffalo area, I would highly recommend giving Roto-rooter a call.
