If you are like me, a pool remodel is a once or maybe twice in a lifetime project. I waited 4 years to save to have my pool remodeled and Burkett?s does not get this. My pool was actually re-filled with water in June 2010 and here it is Sept. 2010 and they still have not corrected the mistakes they made. I do mean their MISTAKES! They put the wrong color and type of mastic on my pool and the tile on my dam wall between my spa and pool looks terrible!!! They have told me NUMEROUS times over the last 3 months they were going to come out and fix the problems, but they NEVER show up. No phone call, nothing! We call again and they say ?Sorry, we will be out?.? Maybe they think I will just get fed up and forget about it? I may have been one of numerous pools to them, but I only have one pool. Needless to say, I am terribly disappointed. If I could I would have gone with the other company that was a little more expensive. I had a friend who was doing a pool remodel at the same time,
