I went with burketts because they came highly recommended. What I received was appalling. The remodel manager matt is a real piece of work, He is rude will not return calls, and when confronted about these issues he acted like i was making a big deal out of nothing. Well I payed them for a good job and what I received was a hack job. The overlay on the decking has pilled several times and he insist that I am dumping acid on my new deck and that I am causing the problem. Thats his way of not excepting accountability, just blame it on some one else he is realley good at that..
