My comment is 5-star all the way. I have nothing but good to say about Burkett's product and business ethics. Long story short, initially, I called 3 company's for estimates for our re-plaster, all three were to have sales reps return our call within 24 hrs, Burkett's was the only one to do that, the other reps called 3 and 5 days later. Every contact with Burkett's from day one has been professional, they have always been prompt in returning calls any time I had questions. Every step of the process was on point, Janine, Jeremy, the plaster crew, Shaun, Whitney, Megan, AJ and Pablo and his partner were all a part of making our Burkett's experience a very good one. Thank you to all of you. We did, however, have a problem because we didn't have Burkett's do the start-up after the re-plaster. We had the pool service company that we had for 4+ years do it, we also bought/had installed all new pool equipment from them.. At the time we wanted to give them our business. Having them do the start-up resulted in an problem that our pool service company said would be an easy fix!! After 7 months of very frustrating deallings with the pool service company we called Burkett's asking them for advice on how to get our problem resolved. They sent Shaun to talk to us and look at the pool, he proposed a plan to fix our problem and within 10 days we had a very satisfactory resolution, we're elated.. Needless to say, we terminated our pool service. Let me say that we were very happy with our weekly pool service tech but the business ethics of the company itself were terrible when it came to them fixing the problem they caused. We are recommending Burkett's to everyone we talk to. We even hired a new pool service company at the recommendation of Burkett's and are very happy with him also. Our experience now has a very happy ending.\r
