Thanks to Burkett’s Pool Plastering for coming to our rescue! I had hired a Pebbletec applicator out of the Bay Area to replaster my pool in January. The Pebbletec product they used was Pebblefina and let me tell you, it was a disaster!! My pool surface had visible flaws with obvious cracking. After documenting my complaint and many phone calls later, a company rep came out to my home, only to tell me that my pool was within the acceptable range for this finish! All I can say is customer BEWARE! Anyone considering the Pebbletec product, do your research first!!\r

After talking to Burkett’s sales person, they suggested a WetEdge pebble finish and I found several WetEdge products with great online reviews. I hired Burkett’s Pool Plastering to apply WetEdge Pearl Matrix Mediterranean and they did a FANTASTIC job! A rep from the plaster department met with us personally to make our product selection. I also chose to replace the pool pump with an energy efficient model that save us big on our PG&E bill!\r

Mike the project manager and Chris in the office walked us through all the phases of project. They were so helpful and responsive, answered all my questions. Their customer service was outstanding and I appreciated being called the prior day each time teams were coming out to work on my backyard. After my Pebbletec disaster, I am so happy with Burkett’s Pool Plastering! They have my highest recommendation for their high quality product and workmanship. \r
