Review content:
Oct2014, several large trees from my neighbors yard came down on our driveway. We took care of cleaning it up but identified several other trees from my neighbors yard that needed to be removed so as not to have another problem. My neighbor hired Odd Jobs Tree Specialist, Inc. They requested to use our driveway to remove these large trees, our concern was we did not want a crane being used on our asphalt driveway. I personally spoke with Tony, told him I did not want a crane , or a boom crane on the driveway, he said fine he would bring in a bobcat and small dump truck. He contacted my neighbor who by the way was paying for the work and it was scheduled for Tuesday. They then called my neighbor Monday AM and requested to do the job that day. Tony did come and ring my doorbell and told me all the work was going to be done by hand, I reiterated that the "" bobcat and dump truck"" as we had discussed needed to remain on the driveway not off of it as it had irrigation lines, power etc on either side of the driveway, he conveniently never mentioned that he a crane waiting at the bottom of the hill.. My driveway is 1000 ft off the street and where he was working was not visible from my house. An hour later I drove down to check out what was happening and was shocked to find a crane/truck without any protection pads on the driveway, a dump truck with chipper, another large truck and about 6 men working, NOT AT ALL what we discussed or agreed to, ( check out his you tube dated9/23/2011 that says "" we say what we are going to do and we do what we say"", NOT TRUE). They were told to leave!
