Review content:
I had to wait over 30 minutes after my appointment time. When the doctor came in the exam room he told me he was going to take my dog to the back for the exam! I asked him why he could not do the exam in the EXAM room while I was present and he told me he did it in the back because he was not going to argue with pet owners about how he handled their animals! I told him someone would not hand a baby to a pediatrician to take them to the back to examine them and I was not comfortable with my dog being taken to the back! He proceeded to tell me he was not going to argue with me about it. I told him they needed to tell people this policy when they called to make the appointment so people did not waste their time when they are not ok with this. The doctor was very unprofessional and told me to leave his office. He was actually waving at me like a child would telling me "Bye"! I am still in shock that this man is in business! Anyone who will not examine your pet in your presence has something to hide!!!
