after being perfect tenants...paid rent on time and left the house in excellent condition.... we did NOT receive full deposit back.\r
This place makes you get the house professional cleaned, even though they do NOT do it for you when you move in. They also make you replace all light bulbs even though this is NOT done when you move in. They make you pay for a carpet cleaning even when it is NOT needed. \r
I did everything that they wanted...down to every light bulb- and I still got charged for light bulb replacement. They misplaced my initial walk through report and are still cahrging me for things, such as broken receptacle- missing door stop... pull string on fan...they cannot prove that these were not already missing. Even though I wrote them on my walk through. I was 9 months pregnant when I moved in and did NOT make a copy for myself. They are now not getting back to me. They are disorganized and unprofessional.
