I have bought here two times and have had nothing but great service, always helpful and no damaged product. The complaints I see are mostly their own error, when they order something it is shipped to the store. When I bought my daughters bedroom set I showed up to pick it up and they brought it to my vehicle and asked me if I would like to inspect it before signing off, ofcourse I did who wouldn't? So if you don't check it and you get home to open a box and find broken furniture it's not their fault it is the shipping company and yours for not inspecting your product. I live in Eugene and travel to them for their pricing, which some comments complain about quality, well if you want quality high end then you should be shopping at lazy boy but obviously you get what you pay for. In the end I work in high end (Herman Miller etc) office furniture sales and installations, so I know first hand what good customer service is about and that is what I received here. I would name in specific who was great by names but the people who also helped as far as loading and inspecting I did not get their names. I would recommend At Home. Jeremy Young, Eugene, Or
