Review content:
We booked a bus charter, 56 passenger motor coach, from American Transporter Service for an over night stay at the Grand Canyon. Our group was picked up in Avondale AZ. I have to say, we have worked with many different companies. Dane took our reservation and coordinated the stops we were going to do(Flagstaff and Williams) with the driver to make sure everything went smoothly. I would have given them 5 stars... but one of the video screens was flickering off and on while we were heading to Flagstaff. It went completely out on our return back to Avondale. We still had 5 other monitors to watch movies with. The driver was very safe and did not tail gate. He knew his way around Flagstaff and even Williams. He also definitely knew how to navigate inside the Grand Canyon area. They were on time for the pickup, and did a quickie non-scheduled stop at a convenience store in Camp Verde so we could get some stuff to eat on the way up to Flagstaff. Overall a great experience with them. We will use them again for a trip to Disneyland in May 2015. Great job!!!
