We booked our bus charter for a group trip to Disneyland. This is our second time using them. The first time was for a corporate day trip to Sedona AZ. They were punctual, provided a clean 56 passenger motor coach, friendly driver's, and decent pricing. We have worked with more than a few other bus charter companies, one of which didn't even show up or bother to call. Dane, the owner, told me his company does not book and bump(for more expensive runs). Until a bus doesn't show up, you have no idea of the panic that sets in as your boss gives you that stare.-LOL- Dane saved the day for us on that Sedona trip. The company that we originally booked the bus charter with did not show up. American Transporter Service was able to get a bus to us fast and save the trip. This is why we booked the second bus charter with them. I definitely recommend them. Almost forgot, you will want to reserve your bus as far ahead of your event as possible. I try to place a reservation as soon possible, usually 4 or 5 months out. During peak season, it can be hard to secure group transportation for your corporate or private trip. Book early is my suggestion. more

Family and friends reunion time. We worked with Dane and Marc to help set up a bus charter with multiple pickup locations. Our family and friends were scattered across the Phoenix metro area. Not a problem when you are using American Transporter Service for a charter bus in Phoenix. They picked up parts of the group in North Phoenix, then Mesa AZ, and finally in Chandler AZ. The 56 passenger motor coach showed up on time(and very clean). The driver greeted us and was very friendly and helped us store our luggage. We planned this to be a 3 day/2 night stay in and around San Diego, with a visit to the famous San Diego Sea World. American Transporter Service provided us with great customer service, a great bus, a safe and friendly driver. We have done these trips a few times with other companies. However, we plan on using American Transporter Service for the next trip and beyond. You can't go wrong with these guys. 5 stars easily. more

We booked a bus charter, 56 passenger motor coach, from American Transporter Service for an over night stay at the Grand Canyon. Our group was picked up in Avondale AZ. I have to say, we have worked with many different companies. Dane took our reservation and coordinated the stops we were going to do(Flagstaff and Williams) with the driver to make sure everything went smoothly. I would have given them 5 stars... but one of the video screens was flickering off and on while we were heading to Flagstaff. It went completely out on our return back to Avondale. We still had 5 other monitors to watch movies with. The driver was very safe and did not tail gate. He knew his way around Flagstaff and even Williams. He also definitely knew how to navigate inside the Grand Canyon area. They were on time for the pickup, and did a quickie non-scheduled stop at a convenience store in Camp Verde so we could get some stuff to eat on the way up to Flagstaff. Overall a great experience with them. We will use them again for a trip to Disneyland in May 2015. Great job!!! more

...Most of the other companies we have used in the past were not. We even had one company that did a no show on us. Fortunately, the crew at American Transporter Service are 2 for 2. We used them for a trip to Flagstaff.... and one to Magic Mountain. No complaints here. Great service, courteous and professional driver's, and a great staff. We will use them to move us to the events and parties in and around 2015 Super Bowl - Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale AZ and the Phoenix metro area. Woo Hoo!!! more
