Review content:
We signed a contract in Oct. for a $10,000 Trane AC/Heat Pump with a Home Depot gift card on the contract for $900. The person signed said it would be mailed in 3 days.
Every time I call I get the runaround and still waiting. When I first got the unit it was leaking all over our new roof. They put a heat strip in it so I'm waiting til next winter now that it's warmer to see if the heat works right again. It's been 5 months and show pay us the $900 or get the gift card to us. Not happy with their follow ups.
