My car is now in the Service Department for the same problem, and it's the third time. I am always given a loaner car, but will they ever get to the bottom of the problem? I'm tired of driving a stripped down Sonata loaner when I bought a Genesis. When I had a problem starting the car, I called the special Genesis and Equus line for Roadside Service. After the phone rang for what seemed like 100 times, I called triple A and they got me going in minutes. Never buy a premium car from a dealer that sells low end cars. I learned my lesson. Will they ever fix my Genesis? Time will tell.
