I just want to take a second to praise the service dept on there impeccable customer service

Worst

The amount of time to get my Santa Fe serviced (oil change) and washed took over 2.5 hours, and this was with an appointment.

Treated very rudely 6/3/2015

I was told an hr and waited for 4. Whenever I asked what was going on I recueved no ans. Finally after 4 hrs I was told they fucntcwantvyo bother the mechanic. When I got car back there was an extra 15 miles on it more
