Review content:
This was the first time as a emerald member and was concerned about what I would get. As I got on the airport shuttle I was asked if I was an emerald member, when I got of the shuttle there was a man waiting for me. Walked me to the back where the cars were, no line to wait in. They didn't have a Jeep Wrangler but I did get a Jeep of another make, I asked the guy if it was possible they would get a wrangler in, he said they would call. The next day I got a call they had what I wanted a short half hour drive and a little paper work and I had my wrangler for the remaining 3 weeks of our Hawaii vacation at no extra charge! Awesome!! Hope it works like this every time. This was Lihue Airport HI\r
