It took three days for them to tell us that they weren't sure what was wrong with it and they told us the could do process of elimination which would rack up a high bill, came in after they had it three days and they told us the person who was in charge of our vehicle wasn't in that day and for us to come back on Monday. They never called us on updates, we had to call them... Wasn't impressed so we took our truck from them and took it somewhere else and the other place had our truck for two hours and called with a Diagnosis
