Dr Mulvey helped me lose 120 lbs, lower my blood pressure, eliminate sleep apnea, manage my arthritis pain, and encouraged me constantly to work out and be healthy. I can't thank him enough for that. However, his staff is just plain awful! They constantly screwed up my mail order RX's, and some of the staff was absolutely rude. I been to a couple of Dr's in Elkton since leaving Mulvey. My RX's have been on time and correct, but I can't say that the other two doctors, Billon and S. Breslow, seem as interested in my wellbeing. Billon constantly pushes homeopathic methods, which have no effect, and Breslow has so many patients that he has no idea who you are or what your recurring issues are. With Breslow, you need to make sure that any referrals or RX's actually get sent. If I thought the staff could keep my mail in RX's straight, Id go back in a heartbeat!
