First learned of Affordable at my dialysis clinic years ago, where clean, softened & RO water is a must, as are also dependability & quick service. Bought a softener from Affordable for our home about 1995, impressed with courtesy, promptness & quality of the softener. Now almost 20 years later it needed replacing, got a good price, quality softener again from Affordable, would not consider an off-the-shelf product from a big box store. Today the installer was right on time, courteous, and left our garage area clean, no mess or disposal problems. These are what Southerners call 'good people', would not go anywhere else. BTW dialysis clinics still use them.
