I'm sorry it took so long to send this and I have no excuses. My wife and I promised to take our little girl to Yellowstone this summer. As we approached Atlanta we starting hearing a loud high pitch sound under the rear. We suspected the worst, a differential. We looked online for a repair center and found apalachee rv. It was over 110 miles away. There were others closer but the reviews for apalachee rv were outstanding, so we took a chance. 7 am we were parked at the gate and they let us in. They were extremely busy, but made the extra effort to at least look at our coach to see if it might not be something minor. Everything checked out so there was one thing left and that was what we did not want it to be. First thing the next morning they had the coach on a lift and removed the differential and there it was, full of metal shavings. They immediately got on the horn and located a rebuilt differential. They contacted good sam and got the job approved. They worked even after closing to get us on the road. All in all we ended up only losing 2 days out of our 15 day vacation. We want to thank all the folks there for everything. Never have I seen a repair center like this. I own a fleet of trucks with our own repair center and would love to send my people there for training on how a repair center should be. Thanks Guys and hope to see you soon.
