Could not have been better. Pulled a tech off another coach to work on mine as soon as the parts came in. We were passing thru. Dave, owner, came out and fixed the headlights himself. more

Folks there went out of their way to explain the situation and do what they could do in the short time we were there. Repairs were made professionally. The temporary fix for the wipers held for a short while, as expected, and the diagnosis of problem causing the inoperative slide permitted permanent repairs later. Driver's seat power and latch repairs were completed with ingenuity and skill. more

We could not have been happier! Apalachee and its knowledgeable technicians inspired confidence and professionalism. They treated us fairly and gave us good value for our money. They even loaned us their company truck to go get lunch. more

Any other facility would not have done it properly. We found a great repair facility in Auburn, Georgia. Apalachee RV Center, the owner, Dave Kobos, service manager, Tracy Fulkerson and their staff provided us with superior workmanship, outstanding customer service, and reasonable pricing. As well as that, they demonstrated real caring for the customers, acting in the customer's best interests. We have found that to be VERY rare as we travel the country. more

Not very often does the Owner of a shop get completely involved with the day to day operation but Dave Kobos (the owner) IS the man you deal with and you can talk to him almost anytime day or night,(even gave me his cell #). I must say I am delighted with the service I received and am a loyal customer from now on. more

For anyone out there in the Metro-Atlanta area, I would like to share my experience with Apalachee RV Service. If anyone has read any of my previous posts, I am very new to owning an RV and had little if any knowledge about how things work and the service that these complex machines required. Like many others, I had to learn my lessen the hard way by dealing with a local dealership that has 4 locations around Atlanta and is tied in with a major camping goods retailer. Long story short, the service was terrible and the workmanship even worse. I was then introduced to Dave Kobos, the owner of Apalachee RV Service. I have to tell you that I was blown away by the service that he offers. The first thing Dave did was an extensive examination of my coach and all of its features and systems. He then put all of this information in his computer data base. He then gave me a prioritized list of things that he felt I needed to address on the coach and showed me things I could do myself and the ones that he felt he needed to address personally. Once Dave and his staff went through and corrected the items on my list I can honestly say that I drove away confident that my coach had been serviced properly and felt secure in knowing that there were no surprises waiting on me. To add to that sense of security, Dave provides all of his customers with his personal cell phone so that if you find yourself away from home and are having problems he can try and assist you by diagnosing the problem over the phone. I have never encountered service like this anywhere! If anyone in the Atlanta area is looking for a good, honest company to do business with, I recommend that you call Dave and listen to how he values his customers. more

Were very pleased with service. Technician was very knowledgeable of motor coach electrical systems and what goes wrong. Owner indicated they will do whatever they can to help ""on the road"" folks with RV problems...and they did. more

I'm sorry it took so long to send this and I have no excuses. My wife and I promised to take our little girl to Yellowstone this summer. As we approached Atlanta we starting hearing a loud high pitch sound under the rear. We suspected the worst, a differential. We looked online for a repair center and found apalachee rv. It was over 110 miles away. There were others closer but the reviews for apalachee rv were outstanding, so we took a chance. 7 am we were parked at the gate and they let us in. They were extremely busy, but made the extra effort to at least look at our coach to see if it might not be something minor. Everything checked out so there was one thing left and that was what we did not want it to be. First thing the next morning they had the coach on a lift and removed the differential and there it was, full of metal shavings. They immediately got on the horn and located a rebuilt differential. They contacted good sam and got the job approved. They worked even after closing to get us on the road. All in all we ended up only losing 2 days out of our 15 day vacation. We want to thank all the folks there for everything. Never have I seen a repair center like this. I own a fleet of trucks with our own repair center and would love to send my people there for training on how a repair center should be. Thanks Guys and hope to see you soon. more

Thanks for dewintering our 2004 BT class C motorhome. I expected to pay a fee since it was 12/1/2011 when you winterized the unit. We did not camp in our unit in 2012 due to the passing of my wife's mother. I did ""exercise"" the unit and generator. Thanks to Bob for checking the hot water heater and replacing a missing door cabinet screw. You operated a customer friendly business! more

I want to thank you for recommending the Balance Masters for our motor home. We have just returned from a 1200 mile trip and are so pleased. The coach had new truck tires on the duals when purchased and, while I like having the increased load capacity, the ride left a lot to be desired. There is significantly less vibration and wheel bounce now that we are running the Balance Masters. I am going to have Balance Masters installed on the front wheels on our next visit to Apalachee. more

I wanted to just drop a line and let you know, that since day one when I walked into your Place I have been very happy with all the help I have received and answers to my questions. Since This is my first RV and I brought it to you all to check out and change oil, you all have gone the extra mile and helped me fill like I was at home. Since then I went on my first trip now I am back and I wanted to upgrade a few things and you was there helping me with my questions no matter how little they was, I feel comfortable in dealing with you and trust and value your judgment on my purchases. more

Apalachee RV probably earns most of their revenue from large class A owners. After all, that seems to be the majority of units you'll see parked there and being serviced. Just for the record, they also provide excellent care and attention to us smaller class C customers! Case in point, yesterday I discovered my brake and rear turn signal lights were not working. I had a choice of going to a local truck repair center or driving 35 miles out to Apalachee RV Center. I knew they were slammed with many units waiting to be serviced. However, I also knew they would do their best to help me get on the road. Just as soon as lunch was over two of their finest technicians came out and jumped on my problem and in less than 20 minutes they had isolated the problem and fixed it! I was elated to be in a position to hit the road the next morning. All I can say is ""thank you Apalachee!"". I won't make a habit of this poor timing but when the chips are down and you need help, Apalachee is the best choice, no matter what rig your driving. more

I just wanted to let you know that are loving the he$$ out of our Barth. We have it parked on a couple of acres that we have out in Auburn. Betsy grabs the dogs and take off there at every opportunity. This has allowed us to live in it a bit and get used to any quirks and get it up to snuff to get on the road. more

We can not THANK YOU enough for saving our vacation. It was our good fortune to find Apalachee RV and meet you and your staff. You took what could have been the worst possible scenario and made it the best situation it could be. In fact, it is now a high point of our vacation believe it or not. That fact that you personally came to us and picked up my wife and our dog, put them in you personal truck, and allowed them to stay at your facility while I waited for the tow truck was truly going above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. Also, a special thanks for staying late and waiting for our RV and myself to get there well into the dark is again, better than I could have ever hoped for. Please thank Jeremy for us. He did a superlative job on replacing both of the front bearing on our RV as well as tracking down and repairing our plumbing problem. A true professional and a quick mechanic that did a fairly major repair in less than a day! We can only say good thing about you complete staff but particularly, Tracey, Jerilee (Mom), Jeremy, and Bob T. made us feel like family. Much more than just guests or customers.\r Dave, your company is truly a hidden gem in north east Atlanta and we will be back to see you on our next trip through Georgia. Your slogan ""Simply put....we're here to help"" is spot on! Thank you again for all that you did for us. more

When we first contacted your repair shop I talked to Mike Burns your body shop manager. My question was we fulltime in our RV can we stay in it while you do the repairs. I was confident we could if you allowed it because our damage from out blow out was not major. I was pleasantly surprised that the answer was probably I just need to inform my boss and get the approval. The staff at Apalachee RV made us feel welcome and put up with my constant badgering. I always try to be flexible especially since I have some experience in doing repairs and know everything does not go as planned but you can understand we were a little nervous about repairs to our home. Mike always set us at ease and the whole experience was outstanding. The RV was returned to up status and we are back in our home park, we really appreciate your allowing us to stay in our RV. I believe the whole experience was made much better by us waiting until all parts were received so that once the work commenced it could be completed with no interruption. more
