My salesperson, Richard, went out of his way to help. He came over and took measurements and made suggestions for what might look good after telling him what we were looking for in engineered hardwood. Went to store and checked out options in my price point and picked out what I liked. He let me take a few choices to see what looked best in the house. The transaction was easy. My work schedule is weird but Gary was able to accommodate my request with ease. Victor and Victor showed as expected and got right to work. I don't believe I have ever had such good service at my home. They worked non stop for a day & 1/2 which was 1/2 the time it was expected to do job. They were nice, courteous, friendly, kept everything as clean as the could. I cant brag on them enough. I love the outcome and so does everyone I've showed it to. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!!!!!
