My relationship was primarily with Sonny, who was the sales representative at David's Abbey Carpet & Floor. He was very accommodating. The work was for my daughter's house, and he knew we were both working full-time. He followed up on things and got all the information we needed to us. Everything was done in a timely manner and within budget, so it was all fine.
