If I could give this company fewer stars I most certainly would.
I believe they have deleted many of my reviews, however I think it is important to help other avoid such a fiasco.... We moved from Wisconsin to Florida and let's just say that this all started back in September 2014 and here we are in February 2015 and I am still awaiting a reply on my claim with them... not only were the actual movers a nightmare to deal with but they damaged every single piece of furniture that was delivered... we were better off simply selling our furniture and buying new furniture in Florida. The biggest damage was to our daughters bedroom set since they lost the pieces necessary to build the bed and we were unable to obtain replacement parts. Save yourself the stress and NEVER EVER use this company... Don't buy into their savvy sales guys who promise to be there for you every step of the way when they are first trying to obtain your business but once they have you and once you experience any problems they are nowhere to be found or have an excuse for all that is happening.
