This was our first interstate move and also the first time we were dealing with professional movers. Heidi was our agent and she was a pleasure to work with. She patiently answered all of our queries and helped us feel better about the whole process. We did our own packing with the movers only doing the big furniture, beds, etc. The truck arrived within the delivery window inspite of the weather being real bad. We got our load delivered in time as well. The actual loading and unloading process took much more time than we had anticipated (7 Hrs Vs 2 Hrs). All State assigns an account manager once you get closer to the move date and he will be in constant contact with you checking in and updating the whereabouts of the truck. Overall, it has been a satisfying experience.
