Thought the receptionist was a bit on the unfriendly side. I went to pick up prescription pet food. The woman behind the desk got kind of snippy and said that I should've called first. Well, I told her that nobody told me I had to call first to pick up cat food. The vet was kind to my pet and seemed to care about him.
