They've seen the last of me.
I had been a fairly regular customer for years. Always asked for ice water to drink, and added a packet of "Crystal Lite", which I always carry in my shirt pocket.
Today - 2/20/2015 - they charged me for a lemonade, bringing my ticket total from its 'usual' $8.00 to about $10.50. When I pointed out what I thought must have been an innocent error - I was told that they charge for a lemonade - even if I made my own from their (otherwise normally free) ice water.
Taking my business elsewhere from this day forward.
